Tariff for the Double Bed & Breakfast Apartment
Prices include full traditional English breakfast or alternatives selected from our menu.
A stay of two or three nights @ £90 per night (£45.00 per person)
A stay of four nights or more @ £85 per night (£42.50 per person)
Tariff for 'Accommodation Only' (A selection of cereals and fresh milk is provided)
A stay of two or three nights @ £75 per night (£37.50 per person)
A stay of four nights or more @ £70 per night (£35.00 per person)
Brickmoor is STRICTLY NON SMOKING .
Occupancy - Any time after 3.30 pm on day of arrival until 10.30 am on day of departure.
Please do not arrive before 3.30 pm.
If you have an outstanding balance this is payable in cash on arrival, please.
We have no card facilities.
Brickmoor has no public areas - The apartment and its facilities are solely for the use of our
paying guests. Please, No Third Parties!!
No refunds can be made for breakfasts not taken

Booking and cancellation Policy
When making a reservation you will be asked for:
Your full name, address and contact telephone number.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm reservations (cheques payable to Doreen Cannon).
Balance in cash on check-in or by personal cheque (two weeks prior to your visit, please).
Sorry, we currently have no credit/debit card facility.
Special arrangement for overseas visitors, please enquire.
We are aware that cancellations are often unavoidable and if we can re-let the apartment then we will make a full refund less a £10 administration fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days before date of arrival - Full deposit refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the apartment the deposit is non-refundable.
Non cancellation or "No show" the total balance is payable.
May we respectfully remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract whether you book by telephone, e-mail or in writing. If you cancel, you are still liable to pay, so it is a wise precaution to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package.
