Both the north and south coasts are within easy driving distance as are the RHS gardens Rosemoor and various National Trust properties. |

The 'Tarka Railway Line' passes through the village, so you can leave your car behind and travel to either Exeter and Exmouth in one direction or Barnstaple in the other, passing through wooded river valleys and a patchwork of fields. Exeter University Campus is around 10 miles (20 minutes drive) should you wish to stay in the countryside when visiting your son/daughter. |
